  • For Sale Sign Promote your listing with a “For Sale” sign in your yard.
  • $150 Admin Closing Fee The admin closing fee is $150 for basic and deluxe packages. The closing fee for the Premium package is .75%.
  • Provide Market Analysis Report (Comps) We complete a market analysis using data from the MLS and public records to assess the value of your home. With this detailed report, you can review the comparable sales to set a competitive list price.
  • Review & Discuss Sales Contract Review all terms of the contract and offer advice and opinion on any recommended changes. We will go over these recommendations by phone or email, whichever you prefer.
  • Provide Transaction Coordination Escrow will be opened, and we will manage the transaction to ensure the terms of the contract are met. This including tracking the important contingency dates and making sure your paperwork is compliant with the Department of Real Estate.
  • Calculate Closing Costs We review the offer and estimate any closing costs that the buyer has asked the seller to pay.
  • Prepare Seller's Net Sheet Once we have reviewed the terms and closing costs, we’ll provide you with a seller’s estimated closing statement to show an estimate of your net proceeds.
  • Support Through Offer Process We are here to support you through the offer process. Whether it is by email, text, or phone, we are here to answer your questions.
  • Electronic Lock Box * An electronic lockbox provides added security and convenience. The electronic lockboxes can only be accessed by licensed Realtors during hours set by you. You will have a record of all agents who have accessed your home, including their contact information, so you can follow up on showings.
